I have been selling on the internet for over ten years, and have hundreds of happy customers. Here is some additional information to help answer any questions you might have before purchasing from me:

Satisfaction Guarantee:

I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the item for any reason, return it to me WITHIN 14 days of receipt (with original packing), and I will refund your money. You will, however, be responsible for shipping costs, unless I have made an error in the listing, in which case I will cover shipping both ways. (And sorry, but it must be returned within 14 days, or I will not issue a refund, and will return the item back to you.)

Condition of items:

Many of my items here are are pre-owned, vintage or antique. Please read the description, because any flaws that are apparent to me are noted in the description. And please feel free to email me if you have a question that is not answered in the description. Also, I buy items from many locations and though I usually clean and lightly polish them before shipping (unless I indicate otherwise in the description) I cannot guarantee that they come from a smoke- and pet-free environment.


Combined shipping:

The shipping cost shown in the listing is for Zone 8, and if you live in a closer zone I will refund any extra you have paid (which can be substantial). If you would like to know the amount before you check out, please email me. Also, I always combine shipping to save you money. If you have multiple items, please wait for me to invoice. If you have paid without waiting for an invoice, I will refund the extra amounts you have paid.


I generally use USPS but on occasion will ship UPS or FedEx for large packages. International packages are always shipped USPS. I always use tracking and delivery confirmation on my packages. Most packages arrive in two or three days, but have been known to take five days.


Please see the "satisfaction guarantee" above. Refunds will be paid in the same manner as they were originally submitted (PayPal or credit card).


I am extremely prompt in thanking you for your order and letting you know when your item will be shipped. If you have not received such messages from me, please check your spam folder.
